I, along with many other people on here, agree that if youre going to raise the price for me to enjoy the privilege of renting Blu-Ray titles, then it stands to reason you should STOCK MORE. Blockbuster has been the superior service. And, frankly, when Netflix said they were going to drop HD-DVD I went to half Netflix half Blockbuster. Do you know the last time they told me that? And the two months before that.

How come the Blu-Ray players can travel 1/2 around the world in well engineered pacakaging, but NetFlix cant provide a sleeve that protects for a 90 mile delivery.
